A beer dominated by citrus, floral and tropical hop aromas from the Citra and Mosaic hops. Fried foods and very fatty cheeses go perfectly with it.

Golden colour with a persistent off-white head. Notable for its fruity citrus and floral aroma from the Simcoe and Mosaic hops. It has a pleasant moderate bitterness that predominates over the malt flavour. It has a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. The finish is dry and the carbonation is moderate. Pairs well with spicy meats, spicy food and fatty cheeses.
