SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping methods and delivery times

B&B Birra and Blues SL, through its website www.birraeblues.com , will only deliver orders in Peninsular Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you must consult shipping conditions through info@brewandspirits.com or through our contact form on the web. The delivery time is 48 to 72 hours from the date of receipt of the order.

Orders will be sent directly from birraeblues.com and / or brewandspirits.com, through their logistics operators.

The calculation of shipping costs occurs automatically depending on the products you have in your shopping cart.

In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, an attempt will be made to deliver the next day by calling the telephone number that you have previously left contact with to confirm at what time the order can be delivered. The transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses approximately 7 days before proceeding to return it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact B&B Customer Service by writing to us at info@brewandspirits.com or through our contact form on our website. From the moment we have your notification, we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it in the agreed time.

Returns

If you find a defective product in the received order, you should contact us through info@brewandspirits.com or through our contact form on the web.

You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within a maximum period of three days after receiving the order and as long as you keep the packaging.

As long as the return responds to product defects, info@brewandspirits.com assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it or replace it with other items of your choice.

If the reasons for return are unrelated to B&B Brew and Spirits SL, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition and in its original unopened packaging but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original unopened packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses incurred for the return will NOT be borne by B&B Brew and Spirits SL.
